Fitness and Health Misson

I would like to use this page as a source or collection for all the various styles of fitness that are out there. I would like to provide valuable information to beginners as well as provide a informative and in depth pool of resources for people of all levels of experience. I want people to be able to come here and see something new and be able to walk away having learned at least something that they can add to there life or workout routine. We all know the classics like bench press, push ups, running, squats, etc but how creative can we get? I'm looking forward to exploring the possibilities as well as seeing what is possible for different individuals of different skill sets out there around the world. At the same time i am trying to come up with relevant information on nutrition and alternative sources of medicines for the body to help  people live healthy lives. Health starts with what we eat and then how we treat our bodies. I believe it is possible to create a radiant Diamond like body through intense pressure and heat. It is this stress that turns the lesser gross elements into the refined substances like diamonds. My goal is to help initiate an alchemical transformation that turn the lesser lead like qualities into glorious gold ones.
